·         Citrus fruits.  Fruits such as oranges and grapefruit contain Vitamin C, which works to emulsify fat and flush it from your system.  If you don’t like citrus fruits, you can take a Vitamin C supplement.

·         Fibre.  Foods like oatmeal contain fiber, which is good for every individual’s diet.  Fiber is actually not digested by the body; it simply goes through the digestive system and cleans everything out that doesn’t belong there.  In addition to cleansing properties, eating fiber also helps you feel full longer and gives energy.

For the most part, quick weight loss comes from a diet that is fresh. 

 

Sure, you can find meal replacement shakes and bars in every grocery store across the country.  But creating a menu that contains fresh fruits and vegetables, proteins and healthy fats such as avocado or almonds will help you drop pounds and stay healthy. 

 

Try adding some Exercise

For quick weight loss, your diet should be accompanied by a good exercise routine. If you are pretty inactive to begin with, then just walking around the neighborhood or going for a bike ride will work to burn more calories throughout the day.
