The point here is balance when it comes to calories.  To maintain healthy weight loss, you should not skip breakfast and lunch and then consume an 1110 calorie Big Mac meal for dinner. 

 

Not only is that meal full of carbs that aren’t the best source of fuel; it is also full of sugar or artificial sweeteners if you opt for diet. 

Healthy weight loss comes from eating smaller meals throughout the day, not 3 large meals and a snack.   

 

To get on the right track, do some research or join a diet program that will give you help in the menu department.  Many times people fail in their healthy weigh loss efforts simply because they have difficulty coming up with balanced meals. 

It is easy to mess up the balance that each meal requires and then overeat the wrong things.   

 

What Should You Eat to Lose Fat Fast?

So what are the right things to eat to kick start healthy weight loss? Fruits and vegetables, of course, with a little lean protein thrown into every meal.

And don’t forget to drink your water!
